Originalidad
In the world of mezcal, it is hard to choose a favorite, but not impossible. With one of the longest lifespans of all the mysterious species of agave, el tepeztate presents itself to us as the Observer. The one that oversees and overstands. With its distinctive shape, color, and taste, this agave leads us all to search for ancient wisdom and the contemplation of time.
